Olienzo reviews enquiries on a rolling basis. The most effective approach is a concise written introduction stating who you are, what you are proposing, and the nature of the relationship sought.

A brief, considered introduction.

Olienzo prefers a written first contact. State, in a few lines, who you are, the entity you represent, and the nature of the proposal. The firm responds to qualified enquiries promptly; routine sales approaches and unsolicited material are not acknowledged.

Representative offices are not staffed reception points. Visits are by appointment only and arranged in advance through the firm's central correspondence.

What makes an enquiry productive.

The firm reads every serious enquiry. To help us answer well, a useful introduction states briefly: who you are and the entity you represent; the nature of what you are proposing; the reason you have approached Olienzo specifically; and any material commercial parameters that would shape an initial discussion.

We respond promptly to introductions that fit the firm's areas of activity. Where there is no immediate fit, we will say so directly. Routine marketing material, unsolicited investment products, and aggressive sales approaches are not answered.
